Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 9/21/2026 Last Updated: 9/21/2026
Physique, Performance, & Nutrition Coaching ("PPN Coaching," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website (ppncoaching.com) or use our in-person, online, or hybrid coaching services.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
When you inquire about, book, or receive coaching services, we may collect:
Name, email address, phone number, and billing/shipping address
Payment and billing information (processed by our third-party payment providers, see Section 3)
Health, fitness, and nutrition information you provide for coaching purposes, including:
Intake or health history forms
Injury or medical condition disclosures relevant to training
Body measurements, weight, and progress photos
Nutrition logs, food diaries, or dietary preferences
Training session notes and progress tracking
Communications you send us (emails, contact forms, texts)
Any information shared through third-party apps we use to deliver coaching (e.g., training or nutrition-tracking platforms), where applicable
Note on sensitive information: Health, fitness, and body-composition data are treated as sensitive personal information. We collect and use this information only as needed to provide coaching services, and we do not sell it.
B. Information Collected Automatically
Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which collects certain information automatically to operate the site and power analytics, including:
Information about your browser, network, and device
Pages you visited before arriving at our site
Your IP address
Clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling behavior, searches, and timestamps
This information is provided to Squarespace, our website analytics and hosting provider, to help us understand site traffic and activity.
C. Information Collected During Checkout and Payment
When you make a purchase or book a service on our website, we (through Squarespace) collect:
Billing and shipping address
Purchase details (for example, preferred sessions or packages)
Email address, name, and phone number
Invoice details, including line items and payment history
Payment processing. We use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments works with the following third parties, who also receive and process your personal information under their own privacy policies:
Stripe — payment processing. Privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
Sift — fraud monitoring and detection. Privacy policy: https://sift.com/service-privacy
Stripe also powers automated tax calculations for purchases, which may involve sharing billing/shipping address, purchase details (e.g., product tax codes), and name.
Address autocomplete. During checkout, our site may auto-complete your shipping/billing address using the Google Places API, which receives what you type in order to return suggested addresses.
Order and account emails. We may email you regarding order confirmations, account creation, password resets, or purchase/shipping updates. These transactional emails are necessary to the service and cannot be unsubscribed from. Squarespace sends these on our behalf using your contact information.
Customer accounts. If you create a customer account with us, we collect billing/shipping address(es), order details, email, name, and phone number to improve checkout and customer service. This is shared with Squarespace to provide these services and manage our relationship with you.
Website hosting. Because our site is hosted by Squarespace, Squarespace also independently collects browser/network/device information, pages visited (before and during your visit), and IP address to operate, protect, and improve its own platform. See Squarespace's privacy policy for details on how they use this data for their own purposes.

Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation
Sift — fraud detection
Google Places API — address autocomplete during checkout
Any third-party coaching, training, or nutrition-tracking platforms we use to deliver your program (identified to you at the time of use)
We do not share your sensitive health or fitness information with third parties except as necessary to provide your coaching services (e.g., a platform you use to log workouts) or as required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. Health and fitness data collected for coaching purposes is retained only as long as needed to support your program and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you request earlier deletion (see Section 6).
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, and we rely on the security measures of our service providers (Squarespace, Stripe, Sift) for data they process on our behalf. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Privacy Rights (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to:
